To make the story short, i currently change my front and rear brake to e5 brembo, the front i use e4 knuckles since it plug the front brembo with just one lower arm ball joint replacement,and use back oem abs sensor, the rear i custom bracket to fit the caliper, use back ori abs gear and sensor with custom bracket and proper sensor spacing...
When all the mod done, i went for teasting, discover the brake pedal sinked to the metal while i apply brake, brake not functioning well and need reapply or pump the brake to have brake force, and what annoying is the abs also keep pumping with bloody heavy "spring" sound... Or grok grok grok... Abs working while no slip all the time especially speed less then 40kmh...
I suspect master cylinder out and also the old rotor might bend, i change new pad, new disc and master brake pump, bleed brake calipers, go testing, brake sometime firm but some time spongy, and abs obviously still activated for no reason, what better is that the abs cant be felt and the brake pedal is firm while speed higher then 50 or 60kmh.. When low speed, shitty abs still activate..
Another obvious symptom is that while high speed if i brake hard and the abs interfere, my brake is pull to driver side, even when i stop, the brake is jam in driver side front... If low speed brake when the abs keep vibrate my feet and i increase the brake pedal pressure, my driver side front tyre will lock up and skid then the other 3 wheels..... It is damn annoying...
If i remove the abs fuse, my brake is firm all the way and no brake pedal vibrate issue when low speed since no abs dy
however the right front brake still jam....high speed i did try once but feel no massive pull to the front right just like when there is abs.... I search lot of googles and many people says abs pump solenoid got dirty and stuck, but i really cant figure out why and cant sleep till i gt the answer and problem solved( sorry i am a typical car maniac) ... My abs is fully functional before while i have nissan r32 4pot front and stock rear brake... Is it my unlucky made the master brake pump and abs pump gave up while i change to the brembo brakes? All brother have experience pls help
