Looks like some of you don't get the picture yet. Try to view the attachment. This thing doesn't change your turn ratio, it just gives you more steering rotation and wheel angle that's all.
Endless, the alignment needs to be readjusted after you put in the spacer.

Not really thick. Usually less than 10mm as too thick you probably won't have enough thread to bolt the tie rod onto the steering rack.
