Custom made or Aftermarket 4-2-1 extractor (4AGE 20V)

tat is 4-2-1 ...1.6''...the last 1 to the midbox is 2.2''.
all RM450.

finally decided to use the local made 4-2-1 (1.8") + 1 midbox + straight flow muffer.
went to re-tune and dyno again..
very surpise that my top torque and top HP is drop compare to previous stock 4-2-1 +2 midbox + s-flow muffer T_T..

but overall the torque and HP graph is more linear now.

im not sure cause did measure, they told me is ~1.8". btw you are using straight flow with 1 center bullet too ? and they told me the 2.2" piping is too big.. it is true ?
i feel my car is bad on low end now..

Erm if not mistaken HKS extractor is 1.6 inch only. And 2.2 is fine, Im running 2.5 and I dont really have problems on low end

yes, i am using 2.2'' pipping with 1 center box and straight flow muffler.
2.2'' pipping should be fine for 20v engine.

did your the straight flow muffler have silencer ?

one of the mech told me if running highway better put in silencer will create backpressure help in high end wor..

What does he mean high end? I have straight flow G-reddy replica, without silencer I also can reach 180kmh but is very noisy, with silencer also can reach

my muffler didn put the silencer. From my experience the silencer will slow ur car down.
jst take it out no need to install it. useless
Better in low end ,suck in high end.

tried today on the way from SP to Perak .
with silencer.. pickup is suck but from 120km/h onward is easy to rev.
i try to observe the rpm
90km/h - 2800rpm
110km/h-340rpm

without the silencer is very noise T_T..

pickup vs noise level vs high end torque .. which 1 is important ....

btw anyone know the piping size for stock 4-2-1 ? the 1 portion ?

my current local made 4-2-1 , the 1 portion is reuse from stock so i suspect the piping is too small..
