Hi,

Anyone did this before? Connecting a laptop or a pc to LCD TV. Recently i just got myself a Samsung 32" LCD TV, and i try to connect to my laptop using the Vga cable (15pin) but the TV does not detect the laptop. Anyone can help?:adore:

i think u have to configure ur laptop display properties to display at ur tv.
the tv wont detect if no signal supplied thru the vga port.

Maxx, i try it but still the TV does not detect it. headache... :bawling:

hm. already setting in the display properties?
how about ur tv? maybe need to push2 some buttons? heheh:biggrin:

i try to push quite alot of button already but still no signal. T_T

K_Takuya, my laptop does not have S-Video. :(

Maybe u can start with your laptop screen resolution. Start with the lowest then gradually change to the highest as possible. dun forget to read carefully the LCD TV users manual as there maybe tricky settings need to be done at the tv before you can receive the signal from the laptop..

some laptop use the combination of FN+?? key to change the display output, some by software settings..
