sometimes its not drunk case, the driver either is under tremendous work pressure or thinking something inside his brains hence not concentrating while driving.

yeah concentration very important, once i almost accident 3 time i one day (2 different trip) just cuz i'm sick and abit dizzy. now i rather stay home sleep and risk getting warning letter than drive to uni to attend class.
