Clarion DXZ786usb problems...

having a problem when i connect my 4th ipod photo colour on DXZ786usb.... once i plugged it in the ipod is actually charging but the display on player shown ERROR 2 .... anyone experience this before ?

Please share it with me if anyone have the same problem before...

have you checked with clarion first if its compatible with that ipod version...?
