Guys,

Just curious if anyone could help recommend me really good sparks for my auto 4G18 (waja 1.6A). Need to get some tips from gurus....thanks guys.

Well I am a performance freak...i added magnet to fuel line and now i can taruh my waja 1.6A up to 230kmph....hahahaha....just joking.

Any info on like performance data and pricing? I am just looking for something that would be nice to my baby and help fuel burn properly. What about the Bosh super 4?

as always, getting a spark plug is all about getting one with:

- the correct heat range
- the one that fit your budget
- the one that suits your ignition system (no point getting high end plugs if you have crappy cables)

rollakid...couldnt agree more with you...making assumption here that my cables are of the good kind....what would you suggest for 4G18 engine.

becareful on the plug u choose as wrong plug will ended up the car engine cant off even ur car key pull out..
Good luck..

no idea about you, and i have no knowledge of 4g18 engine. Personal preference i would go with Denso IK series iridium plugs. Then it is just a matter of heat range.

hmm.. where did you heard of this? To my knowledge when you turn off the ignition, there will be no more power source to the igniter, and fuel pump. so without fuel and spark it is imposible to have the engine running...

hey rolla kid,
actually i saw it by my own eye..
not just 1 time but 2..
once inside saga 1.3 and another time at wira 1.5..

that's interesting, worth checking out, but theoretically impossible, unless someone can explain it.

shaman : i guess its bkr6e-11 for waja rite ?
for me , standard plug but change during service much better :P

magnet wont gain anything on ur car man , this is proven at lab by over sea reasearher .

i'm using Bosch Platinum SP for NEO. Good value for money & performance.
Mine just 1.3MT, im happy. just my words. TQ

truly agree with bridgestoneRE711.... the purpose of the magnet is to stabilise the neutron charge of fuel so that the combustion will be more effective. the target is to increase the efficiency closer to 100% rather than exceeding the standard performance.

i agree with jinkl too... standard spark plugs are sufficient enough to do the job. to increase maintenance period, try platinum type..

IMHO spark plugs can't increase a car's engine power more than 5%..

p/s my waja 1.6A can go only 190kph and i am very happy with that...

Guys...thank so far for the input....and on the magnet thingy...didnt you see the part where i said i was joking....i dont believe in all that crap

performance = Iridium plug
Last longer = Platinium plug
Normal drive = Standard plug

Owes drive in city n hardly revv, use hotter plug.

if owes high revving, use colder plug...

this to ensure there is properly burn n the leftover carbon can be minimized...

thats becoz of probably wrong plug heat rating.
the plug become to hot n "glowing" and still igniting fuel even key switch off. usually on carb engine.

as for efi, very seldom occurs as fuel supply is totally cut off.

weird eh..after taking off key car still on?
den how u solve tht prob bro? i mean..how u shut down the engine?

the engine will shut down.
just running for a couple of seconds.

like my friend's car.. that one is not plug problem.. its the keyhole got prob liau.. he can start the engine, take the key out put in pocket and drive.. hahahahaha... need to stall the engine to stop the dang thing.

fixed already..

previously i'm using NGK G-power platinum plugs... performance after warmed up is good... but when cold, abit jerk....

now using bosch s4.... lower temperature, performance is better.... after warmed up, not on par with platinum plugs....

normal copper plugs.... low or normal temperature also tarak guna one.... hahaha....
