Don't jump to conclusion..maybe that GTi is not a real GTi (a satria 1.3 with stolen GTi body kit), or maybe that GTi was a stolen car too.

sorry for u bro. nyway...reminds me of my car got broken into by those buggers.the thiefs took my boost metre, turbo timer, signal lamp, rsm. sigh. to make it even worse, my neighbour lost his complete set of defi meters from his black evo 7. got to know tat the thiefs had been targeting my housing area tat nite.

the next morning ( i mean early in the morning ) around 6 a.m, just felt like taking a slow drive around my housing area and to my suprise, a few wira turbos' mirror had been smashed.

im staying in d'sara utama n to u guys out there, b careful when u park ur car outside ur/frens house after 10pm esp during the weekends in d'sara utama.

Glad to hear nothing 2 damaging happened to your car. You also lucky that the 2-way RadioStar woke you up man. Now, I seriously must consider installing a RadioStar.

Thanks dood. An alarm system is important. Forget about other mods. Get your alarm installed before anything else.

If you guys pick up the yellow PIAM leaflet about 4-layered approach, you'll learn that all you need is;

1) Non-OEM alarm and physical lock
2) Tracking system (if Captor too expensive, there are alternatives)
3) Immobilizer
4) Common sense

Thanks mostly to #1, #2 and #3, Crash was able to protect his car even in the middle of the night. Not saying he has no common sense , but sometimes we have to park in dodgy locations, depending on our lifestyle and situation.
