just ensure u have the AP, all relevant documents from your fren in order for your engine to get endorsed.

Bro xxx475475, what he means is the import permit. Is your car locally imported new by USF or reconditioned JDM unit from Japan? No issues if it's from USF but if recond unit, please make sure you got a copy of the AP. ELse custom come chasing after you on the unpaid tax!

The 'heaven and earth' difference will only be obvious if the engine is complete ie. turbo, intake manifold, intercooler, injectors, ECU mapping etc. I think by the engine 'lantai' alone, you still get improvement but not that drastic.

Bro xxx475475, I will advise you to top up a bit more and upgrade the whole complete engine to Evo5, you won't regret and will be smiling ear to ear when you compare to stock Airtreks.

with same parameter forged piston can take more pressure compare to normal cast.very big diff in term of high boosting...

Agree with high pressure but I am trying to say literally with same hardware u ain't going any where. Besides there's no point to over boost the stock turbo.

I tried 1.8. Not 2 bar yet but I saw someone posted 2.3 on TD04. Dunno what's the point.

Honestly anything above 1.3 for Td04 is pointless. It's not gonna generate anymore power. With Td05, u can still hit above 2.

that 2.3 bar guy should have get a garrett turbo such as AR 50 instead to get high torque.. to be honest i actually like the stock TD04 power curve but the power above 5500 rpm is just so sad.. if only there's a way to overcome this.. maybe the TD04 16g can overcome this?

There's a solution actually. U get power above 5000 n td05 too.

2.4 stroker is yet the best to get high torque.. but then, its can cost few K's.. how about FC?

FC will be higher than standard 6km/L that we have now.
