Aftermarket Suspension Experience

almost one year i`m using D2 shock absorber (yellow) + D2 sport spring (red)

nice absorber since it lowered the front very well but the rear like pelik because quite high :D

not really well in bumpy road, like riding horse :D

when taking corners,high speed,excellent :)

checked their website de. the damping tuning and revalve looks interesting. how does it work?

from wat i know.....they tear ur suspension apart...then retune it according to ur preference...including changing ur spring rates if needed/wanted/got money to do it.

u can ask them in more detail at their facebook page.

hi fellow zthians, i need your advice / input.

for those who are currently using or used titan coilovers, how much different it is compared to normal coilovers (e.g. gab, hwl, improve)? yes titan can be customised according to one's preference but with normal coilovers, i can also change the spring rate to suit my preference.

my ride is currently on improve height adjustables and i'm contemplating whether should i swap for a set of titan. is it worth spending additional $$ (a set of titan costs almost double from a normal hi-lo) or should i just stick to my current ones?

thanks in advance! =)

The only reason why I suppose titan's are so expensive is because they can retain a certain degree of comfort compared to the rest. They handle as well as any super stiff coilover but personally i'll be going back to them because its comfy and handles well .

Let me post my noob review, not sure if I did post it somewhere
Ride: Suzuki Swift 1.5(A)

First setup:
Stock abs + H&R lowering sport spring, lowered to 2fingers gap F&R, result isn't good accept for people who whack corner hard. Ride become bouncy due to stiffer spring rate + soft abs. Unsatisfied for the performance, but could not complain much for the price you paid.

Second setup:
Got myself a set of second hand Titan coil-over, first time was 4kg/mm on front and modified stock spring on rear, handling improved a lot but going too hard will rub the fender on the front.
So went back to Richard, he told me to increase the height, but I refused and asked if I can upgrade to 5kg/mm front and maintain the height, he did it for me free (thanks Richard :santaclaus:), and no more hitting fender issue.
Happy using this setup for a week and found out due to modified rear spring, I could hardly have more than 1 passengers on rear as it will rub the rear fender easily on uneven road, too bad Titan does not have rear spring for my ride so I took my rear H&R spring and installed, woot, problem solved :proud:
This setup is very satisfied, going high speed 160km/h still glue on the floor, long bend also no problem with 130-140km/h, body roll is highly reduced, but my own body is "rolling" left to right due to no bucket seat...
Ride is bearable(gf no complain much) but much more comfy compare to GAB(Civic EJ). Dashboard and door panel rattling noise are getting serious, well, that is the price you paid if you want coil-over.

Third setup:
Same setup as second but this time added RCA and tie rod ends. Result? High response steering, I just steer immediately on corner, feel like front is grippy and rear like could not hold the ground sometime
