Fender signal ON - How To??

Hi everyone,
I dont know this topic already post or not, but I wanna ask here how to make fender signal always on when we turn-on headlamp. Only when we ON the signal, the fender will blinking.

So when we open/lock our car, it ll got the "Viper armed" and "Viper dis-armed" sound.

Feel annoying & bored with the standard alarm sounds which are di di, du du, doink...
