B8 210 exhaust pipe and intercooler suggestion size

Hello all ZTH members,

I am in the process on converting my Mazda BH to a B8 210 engine. I was given a free EVO 3 intercooler with the halfcut...i was wondering what suitable size for my FMIC piping and Exhaust...

Misfiring?

ride: perdana v6 twin turbo

scenario: after a minor upboost, on max throttle, max boost at 4500 rpm misfiring happens ...can hear crackle noises at the downpipe.... but it only happens at the rpm point not before...
