Updates on the 1st General Meeting of ADC
Dear members,
We had our first meeting together with Club Advisor/Founder, Mr Zul.
IT was a fruitful meetup as we managed to discuss on many outstanding issues for the club. Below was the agenda :
1. Club stickers
There will be 2 versions - front & rear window screen. Front is silk screen (plastic) while rear is vinyl type, stick ON the glass. Each sticker will cost around RM4. With this sticker, members wll get to see our new Club logo too. Will be available for sale early June so watch out in this forum!
2. T-Shirts
A new Club t-shirt (kemeja) has been selected too. Shall be available for sale too in early June. Price will be around RM65/pc. Design will be posted up here for you all to view and it will be final.
3. Club coverage
Currently, KLang Valley will be the main hub for ADC members. Members from North will be headed by our fellow member Joshua (Babywolf) overseeing Perlis, Penang, Kedah, Penang, Kelantan and Terengganu. For Southern, we are still looking for a potential candidate but for now, members in Klang Valley will do the job.
4. Sugested activities
a. Convoy to Port Dickson on 31st August - Celebration of Club 5th Anniversary.
Location will be updated soon.
b. Futsal
c. Sukaneka (telematch)
d. Track day
e. Support of Ah Fatt's soundblast events
f. Mingle with members of other car clubs through joint TT
g. Paintball challenge
h. Front wheel DRIFT clinic
Some activities may require high budgets but its just a suggestion. Other members may contribute if they have any ideas.
5. Club website
Currently, our Club website is at http://edisi.cjb.net. It iwill be updated soon with latest pictures and information. Need all forumers to contribute some pictures with your rides for posting into the website. Please send to
[email protected]. We are in the midst to get a proper domain name for the website. Will keep you guys posted too. Meanwhile, I welcome any further suggestions to enhance our current website too !
We adjourned the meeting at 1.30 am, since 10.30pm at a food court in Sunway.
The next TT session is fixed at early of June in the same TT venue we had our meeting. It is also fixed to have TT twice a month at the same place.
