about L9 ecu wiring

is there any diagram layout for this ecu? my friend just converted to L9 but can't start. tested the same ecu on other car and it works fine. but the halfcut he bought over has broken airbag... anybody can solve this matter please?

1.have u unplugged the airbag computer box behind the aircond blower??
2.which L9 is this?? ef-det?? jb-det??
3.all wiring in engine/speedometer/ECU connected??
4.if auto, ensure gear position at P cos the cable might be loose (it might sound funny, but i've seen this happen when trying to start an L9 halfcut)...
5.check for faulty fuse(if any) inside car and inside engine bay, specially the ECU and EFI fuse...
