gyaoza, very hard to say. Not watch too much movie. I don't watch HK movie at all. It could happen, no joke. Our police force is so 'dark' inside maybe not only a person is paid but a group of people instead. They can close one eye if they want to, They can even temper with the evidence who knows right. In the end, they just throw in someone and say he did it.

i think the guy who died would have been beaten up by passerby for car theft. he was caught red handed while trying to steal a car. but then again, when the police came, the suspect may have been beaten up badly by the passerby, and the authority didnt send the suspect to the hospital.

same case that happen a few years back in my hometown. 2 guys were caught breaking into a house. one got a way and the other was caught by passerby. the suspect got beaten badly, when the authority came, they ask ' sudah belasah abis kaa?, jangan sampai mati sudah'. so actually, we can never know wut's the actually incident happen.

you are right bro, at time they even can say "patah tangan kaki takpa, asal tak mati sudah", what happen to victim of robbery if they retaliate and kill the robbers, they bring you to lockup, they will say you kill someone,sentence you to jail when you are fighting for own life. Really Malaysia Boleh!

well as in Kugan case, if i caught him when he steal my car i will wack until he died,to me he is just another goddam thief that make our life difficult. Just another wasted sperm, a crook will always be a crook, they don need any sympathy. As for the police, this case serve them a good lesson, hopefully they wake up soon,maybe in another 500 years.

If Kugan is guilty, he should have given rights in the court room to defends himself. Who we are to judge that he is guilty? Just based on the what PDRM told us?

Imagine if 1 day your car accidentally kiss a Dato's 7 series' backside, and his driver came out and wrack until you half death, is that what you want?

I believe that will happen before you get the chance to go to the court, usually they will kill and be free in Bolehland. Lesson is don't kiss some Dato backside, go screw their daughters & wifes muahahahaha

Common Law is up hold by the British,we just learn/copy, this is Boleh-Law uphold by the Bolehland Jury, so you will have Judge Dred running around sentencing people instead of bringing them to the court. I remember our judges & the decision of cases was once control by the ApaNama, so I think the Common Law principle only apply to books not actually apply in Bolehland Court especially when there is connection to big shot, look at En Najis/Shit Mongolian case.....with a word sorry I donno her, he is off the hook even with a lot of evidence support, things end up differently.

Common Law principle is looking for someone to blame everytime there is a problem but the disadvantage is that it takes too bloody long time and people tend to be forgetful especially in Bolehland, its takes you forever to get your case thru.

If you are talking about snatch thief, current trend i see they will slash you with parang 1st before they snatch your bag, that will leava you a 30 stich cut if you are lucky, othwerwise most likely you will die of bleeding.

talking through experience imagine the trouble i had went through when i lost my car once.....police report, claiming insurance, top up extra money to pay my finance, sourcing out for more money to put a down payment for new car, feeling useless cost after all the shit the only options i can afford is either proton or perodua, and best part ill be car-less for few months, have to rely on our public transport (this point alone already justify the execution) and etc.

give me a chance ill do the 100 cuts punishment and avoid major artery so that the wasted oxygen breathing wankers die slow and pain full death.

allrite i sound lil bit sadistic but at least let me chop both his hand so that he cant steal other people car.....(now do i sound like PAS supporter?)
