Power? running without exhaust, only got extractor.

Rev not more then 2.3K RPM. How to feel the power?

Going to do up the exhaust this saturday, then after that, Run in.

Still cannot test the power.

how to do to get my valve cover crom shining loke eg9 valve cover ya..

Use paint remover, slowly remove all the paint.
Use sand paper slowly sand down. Take more then 3-4 hours job.

The apply autosol after that.

still cannot whack the engine yet..now run in with SAE 20-50 mineral oil 1st.

actually by cromming the valve cover look nice..mayb will do on that..but how abot eng become more heat..is that true..

actually it will run cooler because bare metal surface is better heat dispansion.

HP? donno, maybe less then 150RWHP.

Bro, don't expect high HP from 7AGE because that is not the purpose of this engine.
Basically we are looking for higher torque not high HP.

Donno......just done up the exhaust only.

The cam degree is out of spec, I believe most of the powerband already shift to 5K RPM onward due to intake and exhaust cam being advance more then 5 degree.

After run in only can test actual power and proceed with fine tuning for the cam degree, set the proper AFR and reset the ignititon timing.

use back 7A flywheel. u can try porsche 944 timing belt

running high cam with ur 7A?

when u run 7A, u cannot use back stock timing belt because the block is longer. So after we change to other timing belt, the cam pully won't sit back on the original cam degree, it's out of spec. You have to use adjustable cam pulley to correct it back.
