With so many new cars lining up to take the spotlight, we almost forgot about the one that Porsche fans have been waiting for: the new 991 GT3 RS. So far there has been dozens of rumours surrounding this car and while it is no longer a mystery on how it looks like, the spec sheet of this hardcore squashed Beetle is still unknown; until now.

While we are not sure where did the guys from Motor Trend managed to get hold of this leaked document, it sure did shed some light on the new GT3 RS. Powering the car will be a 4.0-liter flat-six engine that churns out 500-horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque. The engine features an all-aluminium construction, direct fuel-injected and an 8,800rpm redline.

While a lot are wishing for a manual transmission to come with the car, the spec sheet contains no such information as it only offers the seven-speed PDK dual-clutch unit so far. Other information revealed includes the addition of a multi-link rear axle with an integrated auxiliary spring, anti-roll bar, and chassis bearings with ball joints at the rear.

The wheels are stated to be measuring at 20×9.5-inch at the front and 21×12.5-inch at the rear, tucked nicely within those carbon fiber fenders. To reduce weight, a magnesium roof is installed as well as polycarbonate rear and side windows.
