Mention the Porsche 918 Spyder to any car enthusiast, and what comes to mind is a quiet, yet staggeringly fast hybrid supercar. But when German supercar tuning legends, Edo Competition, decided to order not just one, but three units of the Porsche 918 Spyder, it means that they are scheming something devilish.
While it is understood that each of the Porsche hybrids are planned for some form of performance upgrades, it is not immediately known what Edo Competition has in plan. But knowing Edo Competition, it will be nothing short of incredible.
In stock factory specifications, the Porsche 918 Spyder has a combined output of 875hp and 800NM of torque. With figures like this, the 918 Spyder is capable of completing the century sprint in 2.8 seconds, while terminal velocity is rated at 340km/h. It is very interesting to see how Edo Competition can further improve the statistics.
