Combining the best from both worlds, BMW Group Malaysia today introduced the all-new 3-Series to meet the ever-growing demand in Malaysia. The launch was also made in conjunction with the introduction of their new Ingress Auto BMW 4S Dealership in Puchong. Offering a sporty coupe design and having space and functionality at the same time, the newest addition in the BMW 3-Series family enhances both driving pleasure and passenger ergonomics.
“This premium GT is more fuel efficient, even more luxurious and sets yet another benchmark within the extremely successful BMW 3 Series segment”, said Dr. Gerhard Pils, Chief Executive Officer, BMW Group Malaysia.

The highlight of the 3 Series GT is in no doubt the massive rear compartment that offers 520-litres of space. But if that is not enough, the rear seats can be folded down and make way for 1,600-litres of cargo space.
And although the 3 Series GT is larger than the Sedan as it has raised seating position and added an additional 7cm rear seat legroom for the passengers, it is only a tad heavier than the Sedan through the increased usage of aluminium components in both the engine and chassis construction.
Powering this new BMW is an in-line four cylinder BMW TwinPower Turbo engine that squeezes out 245-horsepower and 350Nm of torque, allowing the 3 Series GT to sprint from zerotohundred in 6.1 seconds and an electronically-limited top speed of 250km/h. With an average fuel consumption of 6.4l/100km, the 3 Series GT emits only 149g of CO2 per km. The car also offers four different driving modes to suit the driver’s needs; ECO PRO, COMFORT, SPORT and SPORT+.
The all-new BMW 3 Series GT Sports Line is offered in Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Melbourne Red, Glacier Silver, Midnight Blue and Mineral Grey. It will be available at BMW dealerships nationwide from 8 June 2013 at RM 348,800.00 (OTR, w/o insurance).
