Park Your Car Right at the Doorsteps Even on the 30th floor with Sky Garage Apartments

With more and more cars filling up the streets nowadays, it is a bit hard for one to find a safe and decent vacant parking space to rest out their beloved ride for the day. And this is even more troublesome for those living in a developing urban area where every single square inch available is lined up for development. But for every problem, there is always a solution; which an apartment building in Singapore had just ingeniously created.

The Hamilton Scotts apartment does not only offer a grand and luxurious environment for the riches to reside, but also a “Sky Garage Apartments”; which is basically an elevator that takes their prized rides up to their level of residence. So instead of leaving their exotics down at the basement level parking lot under the supervision of others, they can now have their cars in sight all the time as the Sky Garage parks their cars right behind a glass wall besides the living room.

The system is operated by a biometric thumb scan to send the car up to the designated apartment, and by now you could clearly sniff that all these would be costing cheap. For a two-car garage home, prices start at a sky-high $7.5 million and a stratospheric $24 million for a penthouse with four parking bays.

However, Leny Suparman, the co-founder and CEO of Kop Properties, is very confident that the prices will not be a problem as the potential customers “are well exposed in the world, so they are looking for something that is unique and different”. This is undoubtedly and impressive innovation even for places outside Singapore, and it brings quite a view to have your exotic parked right beside your living room, even if you live high above the ground on the 30th floor.
