The rumor of a replacement model for the Gallardo a.k.a. Baby Lambo had been circulating for quite a while, and Lamborghini themselves had been hinting out with some details on what it is going to be. With the Paris Motor Show being just around the corner, Lamborghini had just released a short video of what it seems like to be a final variant for the V10 supercar.
Dubbed as the “Nova”, the one minute-plus video does not really give out that much of a hint in showing how this new car might look like, nor how it runs as no performance specifications were mentioned in the video. With the completely-redesigned Gallardo successor coming in 2014, this could be a final send-off version of the Baby Lambo and would probably look and perform better than the previous versions like the Superleggera or the Super Trofeo Stradale.
There were a few recognizable parts seen in the video though. Other than the mechanical components of gears, the rim being thrown in is from a Superleggera; so could this be a Super-Superleggera? It is too soon to tell, but the unveiling of this Nova is not that far off as it will take place at the Paris Motor Show on September 27th, 9.00am Central European Time.
