Valentino Balboni – the one man who has logged more miles behind the wheel of more Lamborghinis than any other human being in the history of Earth. Here he introduces the LP550-2, the special edition bull that carries his name. Mr.Balboni has served as Lambo’s test driver since 1967 and in 1973 began sitting behind the wheel of all prototypes, including the Diablo, Murcielago and Gallardo. In fact, any Lambo that’s on the road today, has a very good chance of carrying the Balboni stamp of approval. So when a new bull appears, you can be assured it will be special. Enjoy the video.

I feel so happy for him, its dedicated to him for him dedicating his life to Lamborghini.
its a great thought for Lambo to do that and also quite a good promotion tool.

Valentino is a very fortunate man. He is doing what he loves. He started his job out of sheer love and passion for Lamborghini and joined almost by accident. He was simply walking by the factory and decided to help out just as any good samaritan would at that moment. They then asked him if he would like to come back and join the company, probably as a simple helper. I don't think Valentino cared what the job was. He accepted it regardless, as it was a dream come true. The rest is history.
