Some of you may remember the Versatility Concept Car (VCC) that Volvo presented at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show as a design study. Its objective was to prove that Volvo too, is capable of building large cars for the premium market without compromising its core values; quality, safety and environmentally friendly.
Since then, nothing has been heard, till now. Swedish magazine Teknikens Varld (think it means technological world) reported that Volvo is indeed working on a production model with a possible debut in either 2010 or 2011.
If produced, the V100 is expected to slot in above the XC90 and S80 but hopefully, it looks better than the rendering and more like the concept.
