How do you hook this up? Can it be connected to any wiper on any car? I've gotta a '78 RX7 Savanna....wondering if this can be connected to my wipers.

Can be used for other models too perhaps - if your wireman knows how to connect this to ur current wiper speed control. It means that the wipers can move faster over a certain time.
