if the car has got a new buyer, means the car has to go through another inspection once approved and passed all inspection the only can change the ownership

Quite a trouble since the new rule requires an inspection by puspakom...
During the old days it was so easy.just prepare a sell/buy letter n then head to jpj to change the owner's name.
anyway...good luck for the seller n buyer...

there can be either one of these possibilities.

1. insider job to get the car passed through without a glitch, with a little $$$$

2. get another wira with somewhat close to the same specs, but with stock exterior, just nice to passed all the test as a dummy car. Once done change the owner's name of the actual documents and the actual car is actually given to the new owner, should there be a new roadtax sticker stick it to the actual car instead of the dummy wira that is used for the inspection purpose only.


i was once contemplating with the idea of modifying the rear lights to the ones used on lancers , but it involves some drilling and cutting on the rear body structure and need a skilled person to do it .And also I have to be very sure in not selling the car for life. But later on, aborted this mod because fearing that it might affect the original strength of the car's framework.
