What went wrong with Japanese car?

After Toyota, Honda Jazz power window button, now Honda is recall for air bags checking.
Total of 438000 units are invloved.
Actually, what went wrong with Japenese car today?

not only Honda, but also Toyota with the brake pedal issue.
But luckily Malaysia is not affected with the air bag issue (Honda) and also the brake pedal issue (Toyota).

Local model is not affected.
But, still need to take note as potential to failure as well.
Why suddenly have so much recall cases?
Or this is the first time they publish the failure as all the while they settle internally?

Can it be because this Major Companies have started their assembly outside their homeground....

The mentality of your workforce does have impact onto your products....

Made in Japan has till today proven to be reliable...

Maybe its American car company sending spies to sabotage Toyota & Honda since they are dominating the US market now. I mean most affected cars concerns US market or at least impacts US marker the most LOL.
