Our Company, A leading Oil and Gas organisation based in HQ Office,Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor is urgently seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to join their busy team immediately.
This is a full time contract based between the hours of 9.00am - 6.00pm daily. As Tender Coordinator you will be based within the Tender and Proposal Department team, requiring a organised and experienced professional.
Responsibilities;
1.Compiling the bid documents
2.Documentation
3.External bid communications with customers, for doc control & compilation
4.Ensure that the various internal people that have actions for the bid preparation are performing the request for info
5.Arrange kick off & necessary bid meetings'
6.Minuting meetings & issuing action registers
7.Prepare/update tender calender
Requirement;
1. Diploma in Management / Engineering or equivalent.
2. Fresh Grads encourage to apply.
3. Minimum 1 year experience.
4. Excellent organisation skills
5. Previous experience of high level Admin, preferably Technical
6. Previous Oil and Gas industry knowledge
7. Tender and Bid Coordination experience
8. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
