pour half bottle for first time....then quater bottle for the next interval change?...is that suffecient?

For first time, use 3/4 to 1 full bottle for your Kelisa. After that, just a minimum of 1/2 bottle will be good enough to progressively take away the deadly friction.

You also don't have to flush the engine all the time. You will only have to flush the engine if you have bought a second hand car from somebody who changes oil at 10,000 km intervals and who uses cheapo oil filters and stays in traffic-congested areas.
