Looks like Lamborghini is now joining the big cars league like the Porsche Cayenne and Audi’s Q-series as they had came out with a new Lamborghini SUV, dubbed as the “Urus”. Scheduled to be officially unveiled at the upcoming Beijing Motor Show, the Lamborghini SUV’s photos went viral over the net after it was leaked, and it seems that the looks is not so far from its earlier renderings.

Early reports are indicating that this SUV will be powered by a 5.2 liter reworked V10 from the Gallardo with an output of around 584 horsepower.

And still continuing Lamborghini’s tradition, the name “Urus” was derived from a type of large wild cattle that once inhabited Europe, until it was extinct back in 1627. Doesn’t sound that fierce compared to the Gallardo or Murcielago, does it? So maybe we’ll consider the name Urus Khan, a direct descendant of the mighty Genghis Khan into the possible options of the meaning behind it.

There is not much information about this big bull so far, but it is said that the Urus will be 100 kilograms lighter compared to the other heavyweights like the Cayenne or the Q7. We will have the full specs of this new Lamborghini after its official launch, but in the mean time, take a look at what it seems like one of the coolest SUV ever.

Urus = Handle/take care of stuff (in malay)

So means that when this car is out, it will take care of other cars in it's way. Better not stand in its way...
