my hp abit only from u.not dat much from ur hp.

if u don't mind tell me ur hp bcos i already port n polish chang my cam pulley but still only get 133hp...i want configure what actually my engine problem..what u put inside ur engine sampai u can reach 0.92bar..

i installed and oversized pulley (modified from the stock pulley), now boost at 0.8. problem is when i rev until 6.5k, the belting starts to make noise (screeching). why is that? i have tighten the pulley may times and im afraid it will break. any advice?

wat kind of sound? it can be many reasons, is it really belting sound? or the sounds from charger kit?
but if the belting make noise, why rev till 6500 rpm then only come out:hmmmm:

screeching sound, from belting. wat i suspected is, when i rev up to 6k, i can feel a light nudge. wat im guessing is that, the pulley spins too fast, and the belting didnt turn that fast, which makes the noise from the belting.

my stock pulley never had this noise

u means the charger light is blinking?
how u custom ur pulley? moded to bigger size or smaller?

pulley is modded bigger from the original stock size. another reason why the belting is making noise is maybe the pulley is shaking when it spins.

i head from a fren here. 4agze modded into proton saga old type. he modified some hose and can race level with b16a 2.0 block. anyone knows anything abt modifying some hose?

pulley is modded bigger from the original stock size. another reason why the belting is making noise is maybe the pulley is shaking when it spins.

the pulley is shaking? may be u should try to change the belt 1st.
