hmm, no one asked for putras yet...heheh so i'll ask first for future reference...how much for the front and rear bushes for me putra eh? oh and ur supplier brings in whiteline too right? check the sway bar thinnga-ma-jig too pls.

sorry about the PM box..

whatdamn
a 18mm rear WhiteLines ARB / swaybar is RM650, comes with necessary bushes.
For proton, price list is published in page 1.

Verity
BMW E36 3series

FRONT

-lower arm rear bush (standard setting) RM235
-lower arm rear bush (increased caster) RM435
-ARB mount to chassis bush (check size!) RM105


REAR

-control lower arm front bush RM315
-ARB mount to chassis bush RM55 (check size!)

i'm new to this, i went through the link you attached at the end of your 1st msg, but I still don't understand what's the bushes doing for handling, mind explain it in simple term?

sure thing.
regular bushes are made outta rubber. Rubbers flex and compress, which are great for NVH and comfort! Absorbs noise, vibration, harshness (N,V,H

but when it comes to handling, it's not so good, cos the flexing makes handling...wobbly.

PU bushes' job is to replace certain rubber bushes and it's harder than rubber. So handling's improved :)

so in other word, PU bushes will increase more N, V, H in order to trade off with better handling. Am i right?

at least we're being honest :)

yea, that's right, compromising NVH for much better handling :)
same with coilovers, pillowball top mounts, lower-profile tires, exhausts, engine mods etc..etc..

wanna go faster need to 'sacrifise' something :D and on many occasions, these are usually forgotten when you're busy enjoying your car :D
