Hi guys,

Need help and advice on this. My steering shakes excessively when I push my brake pedal especially
when at high speed. I'm driving Evo 8. Some info on my brake system:

I'm using stock brembo calipers, stock rotor, and Project µ front pad 0-600 degreeC.

What should I do? resurface the disc?? check the brake fluid??

Thanks guys

uneven disc rotor might caused the steering to shake when braking. check on it and either skim it or replace it.
hope it might help.

Thanks. If u dont mind sharing the brand/price for the disc u changed? I've surveyed all the aftermarkets for my car. Seems that Brembos are hard to find in our country unless it's a halfcut parts. Most are project u,AP rcg,APP,VTTR,endless etc :hmmmm:

Just took my car out from the workshop. Sent all my disc brakes for resurfacing/skimming.
tested them with normal and sudden stop & now no more shaking

Go to Tek Meng at Sunway...good workmanship and reasonable price. I did mine there and had no conplaints so far.

That day in hypertune also had an article...

the vibrations during braking is USUALLY due to an uneven disc.Skimming/resurfacing or changing the rotors can solve the issue.

I just add on new straight muffler, but the sound not loud...and i on auto tranny,
so, if remove the ori muffler, the pickup will sucks.....

any recommend beside go for S-flow muffler, since i brought and install already the straight pipe muffler...

anyway to keep the back pressure?? two bullet ? instead of 1 bullet now using..
and the piping is original diameter...
