Bro,

I plan to install light weight crank pulley on my brand new CPS engine ( <10k km).
However, some of the mechanics claimed that they are experianced with leakage and damage the oil pump.
Is this true?

Do you happen to know what's the cause of sudden poor fuel consumption on a carburetor car? It is a Wira either 4G13 or 4G15 and it's been having bad FC on RON95, and after switching to RON97 the FC was fine again but after 3 times of filling up RON97 the FC problem came back. Most workshops recommended either top overhaul (because the car is old), or they tell us that there is no problem and all that is needed is to use those engine cleaners which of course, they are selling.

Thanks for your help, might come over to fix this problem if it can be done :)

ok bro...i got a problem which myself and my other mechanic fren cannot solve...

im driving a putra...previously there is no prob with this engine....just usual prob of the stepper motor with bad bad idling....

suddenly there is engine check light out...when i plug in diagnostic tools...my air flow sensor and also TPS faulty....after change these 2 sensors....and also a used stepper motor....everything was ok at first....suddenly one weird problem came out...

occasionally the idling will suddenly go up to around 3000rpm and refuse to go back to normal idle....sometimes i rev til 6000rpm for about 15 mins only the idling will slowly go back to normal....and sometimes it wont go back to normal but go below 1000rpm....

even i try adjust my timing or idling screw on the throttle body...it still stays at 3000rpm at idling and refuse to go back to normal.....and when this happens...i have knocking (or pinging) between 1000rpm to 3000 rpm during driving everytime i change gear....

hope u can give some tech advice on how to solve this prob...many thanks in advance...

hi bro,
i'm driving a waja 4g18 2005 year model.
reccently i facing some problem with my engine.
when i switch on the headlight, there is some noise coming nearby from the crankshaft pulley.
the noise occour also when i switch on my aircond.
is't my crankshaft pulley has spoilt?
kindly advice me pls.
