As for rebate amount, I'll need to personally evaluate it myself. Rule of thumb is that the alarm must be functional.

NoName, I just got my R3 and want to change the alarm to radiostar. From your posting, since my alarm is brand new, right out of the factory, i assume i will get the full RM300 rebate?

I've seen the SR3 alarm and its the same as standard Proton OEM alarm. Although a newer alarm will get higher rebate but functions and brand are more important criterias in determining the rebate value.

I can demo tonight anytime from 7 - 10pm. Either Sunway or PJ.

Want to know more bout the rebate. Mine is a new Hyundai Elantra and I just added an ultrasonic sensor. They have a hard time just adding the ultrasonic sensor as they are not familiar with Elantra. Let me know when you are performing a demo in PJ this week. Maybe I can join and check it out. thks.

let say i get rebet for RM300.00 , what is the final price for the item + installation?

For example if you get RM300 rebate, the following cost savings will be applied:-


King Dragon:
RM620 - RM300 + RM150 (installation)
= RM470

King Leopard:
RM590 - RM300 + RM150 (installation)
= RM440



* Installation usually cost around RM150. It might vary slightly depending on car models. This amount is paid directly to the installer.

Asking on behalf of my fren. For new car (from perodua), would it void the warranty of the car if change new alarm system ?

Just curious as my fren is getting new kelisa next week.

and how much rebate can get for trade in the new kelisa's alarm system ?

Regarding the warranty, its best to check with perodua. Having said that, we have installed in many new cars before and the warranty stays.

As for the rebate amount. I'd like to see and test it before I can evaluate.

my fren would like to directly purchase and install ( like meet at the
shop that u recommend, and install on the spot ),
does not required any demo, cos all replies in this forums
