Price is really tempting but does it cost much to get it fix?

Actually I've been contemplating for weeks to just fix it and keep it. Here are my costings:
OILING MODS:
1. Reimax oilpump gearkit (hardened steel)

ACL or Nismo main/ACL conrod bearings

Labour, fluids, dyno tuning

RESPRAY:
Engine bay respray (while engine is out)
Fitment of original N1 3-piece sideskirts
Undercarriage sealing and rustproofing
and full body spray
RM4000
So, spending between RM10,000-12,000 will get the car back to health but with a much strengthened oiling system and beautiful body. The same setup will easily get 550-650whp.
I was going to do the above, but since I've already bought another project car which is much more practical for my family and daily driving I thought I'd just let go of this gtr, no matter how painful it is.
