Terrific speed and body stiffness feel and reputation of the new GT-R.
The building is solid undercover hidden, lift up alone is that you can not see.
1. Removing the front cover. Front undercover three division said. Front is made of polypropylene. The middle part is of the same polypropylene . The rear side is made of fiberglass SMC. There are immense amount of clips and bolts had been fixed. Meanwhile, the central body of a vehicle is not covered under par.
2.Removing the rear cover before the two split rear . Most of the back cover in racing cars is made of carbon to ensure stiffness. The front cover is made of carbon fiber SMC. NASA has also involved in the designing of the front duct cover for cooling purpose (it's difficult to view in the photo).
3. The front cover is removed to expose the "silver objects" - the twin inter cooler. The round stabilizer bar is behind the rectangular body frame. Very thick! And sturdy-looking members of the front suspension. The reinforcement brace, which connects the left and right frame is located behind the stabilizer rod.
4. Muffler is exposed after the rear cover is removed. A small silencer is independent for the left and right exhaust. The fuel tank at the back has been covered with insulation sheet.

6. Rational Reinforcement Ⅰ
Central bodywork around the floor tunnel reinforcement gusset (above the exhaust unit). It is quite obvious the die-cast aluminium contribute to the stiffness of the connecting parts. Actually, the front propeller shaft intermittently jointed to the mounting bracket also contribute to the rational design.
7. Rational Reinforcement II
Transmission-mount (the long member) is at the front side. This is also made with die-cast aluminium in sturdy-looking construction. It is also reinforced the floor of the tunnel in one-piece form. The next "silver" panel, rather looked more of reinforcing than as heat shield plate.
8. Traditional Reinforcement. The catalyst converter is covered with silver heat shield plate. Beneath that, the visible round bar is attached to the left and right frame act as reinforcing brace.
9. Racing Spirit Enhancement.
Front suspension is a member of an unprecedented structure. 6-point mounting integral-pipe-structure high stiffness member for efficient body stability is used. R33 GT-R which participated in Le Mans run, was equipped with a similar structure is preferred by Mizuno .

The GR6-type dual-clutch transmission with die-cast aluminium housing has been designed with cooling fin to cater for high thermal load condition.
