suspension is super strut or macpherson?
SSII is around RM1800/pair for front
Macpherson is around RM1000/pair for front and back is slightly cheaper.

I didnt know the silly got timing belt,i thought it runs on timing chain.
Timing chain i think needs to be tighten only.

You can try Sg Besi Trial Tuning Spirit just behind the old warta complex there is a work shop for repair and service celica.... saw a lot of celica service over there... and even mine too.... and that shop had a gen 7 celica track car also....

hmm... if ur car is super strut version i think u better stick with it since it helps for cornering (thought a bit oversteer)
yes u may convert to normal strut if you wish but which to me it is not worth it.

timing chain cant be tighten if not mistaken and timing chain can last for quite long time so i doubt the owner is mentioning the V-belt for aircon, power steering,alternator... which cost u bout 160-200.

About a year ago, he parked it right opposite of his mother's apartment guardhouse. According to the guards, their view were obstructed when a van parked side by side with my cousin's GTi. When the van moved away, the GTi vanished into thin air just like a David Copperfield magic trick.

It seems that my cousin was a victim of a syndicate that goes around stealing the hatch lock of GTi and making a key from it. Then they replace it back hoping the owner didn't notice it was...
