why not just use the bov itself ?
i've tought about that idea. the thing is, the place where u put the blow off valve is too big.. u will need mondo air preassure for that.. at least 2 pumps to get it working.. i dismantled one of my hella bmw horns (coz i got new ones) and am going to try an experiment. my air horn hasnt come around yet coz im waiting for my fren to get it for me from his shop. hopefully it generates the same sound.

Hie, i just got an idea.

Erm,

There will be 2 switches, one at accel and one at clutch

the one at accel will be a PRESS ON SWITCH --> it means that when in initial condition ( didn't press the pedal ), the pedal will press the switch, SO, it is in ON position.

the one at clutch will be a PRESS OFF SWITCH --> it means that when in inital condition ( clutch no pressed ), the pedal will be pushing the switch, SO, it is in OFF position.

I'll draw more pictures. please wait. :)

the red ones are PRESS ON SWITCH --> you press then ON initially OFF

the black ones are PRESS OFF SWITCH --> you press then OFF but initially ON

:) Hie, for auto users, it would be easier.

Just wre a PRESS ON SWITCH at your left foot rest. You need PISSHH then use your left foot to press it. :P

so, u mean u put 2 switches on ur pedals right? one is usually off(for the clutch) and one usually on(for the gas) so when ur shifting, u let go of the gas, and step on the clutch, it activates the switch right?
hmm..
could work.

wonder if a kancil bov can work.. i hear its smaller. maybe u will need 2 pumps or something then connect it to a y joint for more preassure.. then replace the original spring with a softer one.
