hi all,

just to share,
im planning a B20B project. should be getting started anytime, a budget one
just waiting for my workshop to give the GREEN LIGHT..
hehe...

im my project included:

BLOCK
-B20B block - with no lighten or balance.
-84mm piston from tx3(High com sikit)
-skim head(try to get little bit more compression
-ARP head stud (must haveeeeeeeee)(just bought)

CYLINDER HEAD
-B16B cylinder head (now using)
-BC 304 cam (now using)
-Omni power Valve spring + retainer (now using)
-Ferrea Valve ( for my budget only 6000 series oversize 1mm)(just bought)
-Custom cam gear(only RM200)

GEAR BOX
-Ori Y1 with cusco LSD()Synco problem)(Headache)
-spoon flywheel
-Exedy pressure plate + custom clutch

hehe.....
soon to be update some photo......
unfortunately, it will be install to my 18 year old ex 4door :love:

fuel must be running in rich .. no simple mgmt to ctrl ur fuel consumption? safc at least ..

hehe.. That's mean u dunno much about them...

using new s2 cam... my powerband till 9.5k - 10.5k...
but even when my kemaruk come.. till 8.5k oso enuff...
 
i just plan to do ard 8500 rpm...
mayb down grade to itr cam...
some more save budget...

You'll make power just fine. You bought the ARP headstud set and not buy the ARP rod bolt? B18C OEM headstud will hold just fine for daily driven application and hold steady at 8500rpm just for your info... but nothing wrong with ARP's though, they're great to have. Whats the reason you went with OS 1mm valves anyway? Not that it would be much of a problem if you use stock cams though. I would slightly worry once you plan on using higher lift aftermarket camshaft. Seldom i see people go for OS 1mm valve thats why i asked hehe...

Yeah its best to document these kinda builds into a blog. I did mine a while back and put everything inside the blog for future reference and posting..

Good Day!

I guess i owe you guys(readers) a long explanation regarding about why i've been MIA aka MISSING IN ACTION in this 3months. Well, alot of things happened in this 3months. Besides doing mobile detailing, i admitted to hospital for days but dont worry! Im fine now and fully recover.
