www.allmotorhonda.com has the best b series cam specs i have ever come across.
besides the lift and duration, u would want to look into the cam lobes ramp angle and overlap period. Although the overlap period can be adjusted using adjustable cam gears, these 4 factors basically determines whether which cams are suitable for your engine.
cams with low ramp angles are easy on the valvetrain, but gives a little less power, vice versa. High overlap period good for top end power, but sacrifices the low and midrange power.
cams like buddy club 3 has very nice paper specifications but only perform a little better than type r cams, because of the ramp angles and overlap timing. the lift and duration should only be used as a rough estimate of what u r lookin for, and not the ultimate deciding factor in looking for cams.
