Not exactly mate, I'm not the romantic type. All I know is that being funny is a very good first impression as it serves as an excellent ice-breaker. By funny, I don't mean that you should put on a clown suit and do a dance. It doesn't hurt to have a sense of humour. It helps women feel more at ease and comfortable with you. Oh and I can't stress how important it is to dress well. It's not about what you wear, it's about how well you wear it. Presentation is the key to making a good first impression, and the first thing a woman sees is what you look like. You need not look like a male model. Just appear neat, tidy and confident. The second thing she'll notice is the first words that come out of your mouth. Like I said, if you have a sense of humour and can make her laugh, it helps breaks the ice, and you're in.

Totally agree to the humour part .... Many happy relationship started off with a good laughs .... I guess one have to dress to the occasion and to the type of females you are with. I notice one thing with girls, apart from a nicely coordinated shirt and pants, they do facinate on men with nice shoes ... Though I am always on my sneaker, huh ...

Nothing much in it lah. I just try to be as observant as possible and also draw on the experiences of other's. Also talk to women some of the time to try and get some feedback. Be careful about the funny bit though. I know some people who think they're funny but aren't.

Though I would say too, so girls are so damn uptight with themselves that nothing would being their sense apart ... Its like a date made from hell. Especially the one's who think they are "pretty-ier" then others and some God chosen being or something ... Those were just one-off, see you later ...

To all the guys, the most important is to be yourself, but be tactful during the course of your date.

but be careful, some gals just plain sarcastic...even if they like ur shirt, they'll say the pants dont suit with it...anyway, u cant please everyone, so..u'll get someone who appreciate n like wat u look like....
for those who think u r 'not-so-good-lookin', dont worry, as long as u got the 'style' and the confident, u'll look good in a gal's eyes...i mean, seriously, gal like those who are confident about themself, it's actually a sense of security...

Girls like these don't deserve your time of day. You know what they hate most? When you don't give them the attention they think they deserve. Just be as cold as she is. Act as though she's just another girl. She'll be left wondering why she could not catch your attention and get you to drool over her.
