btw theres a recent exotic crash of a Carrera GT hitting a lamp pole right smack in the middle . notice the quality of the pole , still standing tall

Ooohh...that's gonna hurt...the wallet I mean.

A slight advantage maybe. The engine survives but otherwise, the whole chassis is fucked in a shunt like that, and all that is carbon fibre as well. And to a supercar, a fucked chassis may as well be a wreck.

if i remember correctly, that carrera was crashed by a bodyshop owner..he was delivering clients car, it was all over the interweb reently.
