Guys, what is the recommended gear oil to use for 2zz engine gear oil? Redline MT-90? Many thanks....

Celica's 6speed manual gear box needs GL4 grade gear oil... most gear oil out there are GL5.... Redline MT-90 is probably the best for us I guess... been using it all this while...

What about the Motul gear oil? Is it good too? Soon gonna raya, wan 2 service kaw2 liao...

what about...75W90 NS

"This GL-5-type geal oil doesn't contain the friction modifiers for limited-slip hypoid differentials. This makes the transmission synchronizers come to equal speeds more quickly, allowing faster shifting and much easier low-temperature shifting. Can also be used in racing limited-slip differentials where weak spring design causes too much wheel spin."

just wondering, a car that came stock standard inline 6 converted to a powerful inline 4 (lets say cefiro A31 convert RB20 to SR20), will the handling be significantly improved? i heard that some SuperGT cars does this.
