GAB SUSPENSION was established in year 1996 based in Malaysia. Our engineers and technicians designed and manufactured parts to the highest quality and standard ever produced in the market for all types of vehicles.
In year 2003, after a long period of Research & Development and thousands of kilometers driven and tested on road, we achieved a new level of success! Our project car; Honda Civic EK equipped with GAB SUSPENSION participated and clinched the MME 12-hour race title in Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. Since then, the durability level of GAB SUSPENSION has never been any doubt for any motorsports enthusiasts. During the same year, we successfully designed, developed and produced the first ever suspension equipped with an unique technology known as the AVCS (Auto Valve Control Stability) done with the combination of both Japan and Malaysia technology and received tremendous response & praise from customers and users who equipped these suspension on their cars.

GAB SS-R Super Special Racing Series - Fully Adjustable Hi/Lo Soft Hard with External Canister and Enlarged Monotube Suspension
GAB SS-R, high performance suspension are based on our advance technology and suspension tuning experience, cultivated in racing fields, is now directly applied to street and circuit for creation of this high performance flagship model; Super Special Racing. 32-Level Separate Damping Force Adjustment Feature
(rebound adjustment tuning adjust from upper piston rod / compression adjustment tuning adjust from canister bottom)
Design feature for rebound & compression adjustment set to be separately tuned for more precise and wide band of adjustment to meets driver / racer demands. Well established and for optimizing vehicle performance and providing wide band of setting capability specially formulated for circuit or street racing purpose. Equipped with 32-level separate adjustment feature, damping force is controlled at both base valve and piston rod for total of 1024-level (32 compression x 32 rebound) for finest setting capabilities. Specially designed advance needle valve controls damping force linearly at all level.
Optional Pillow Ball Upper Mount as Standard Equipment
6061 billet aluminum pillow ball upper mount with camber adjustment to meet driver / racer demands for the correct wheel camber angle, purpose for circuit or street race which suppresses the compliance, is designed for each vehicle applications, enabling direct driving feel, stable high speed circuit cornering and handling surpassing performance of OE mount. High KG Rated Performance Chromium Alloy Coil Spring
High performance chromium alloy coil spring are CNC-wound using the highest quality SAE9254 spring steel and corrosion protected using phosphate and powder coatings. Provided with high KG rated spring delivers best performance for circuit racing where no competitors can compete.
R.S.V. (Racing Speed Valve)
With R.S.V. technology, the required damping force in high speed range can be well maintained for better stability, minimizing body rolls, improving steering responses, road tractability and / or traction performance.
Enlarged Monotube Cylinder Structure
Enlarged monotube cylinder structure is used to enable very fine control of the machine and aggressive yet detailed communication with the road surface. This also enables to generate linear damping force capturing even the smallest information from road surface and to maintain stable damping force even after repeated sport drive. As oil and gas chambers are completely separated, aeration hardly occurs and heats are greatly reduced, achieving superb and stable performance.

Allows separate adjustment of ride height & preload for finer setting. Ride height can be adjusted without changing spring preload.
High Rigidity Tensile Lower Bracket
Specially matched red color bracket, the forefront GAB SUSPENSION’s color to boost attractive under-carriage appearance looks. High tensile bracket maximize the lifetime, withstand lateral forces and ensuring perfect fitment.
External Canister Swivel Tank
For increased oil capacity in order to generate stable damping force at heavy load usage / circumstances, racing conditions and long distance. This structure is able to secure sufficient oil amount, promotes efficient heat release and excellence well performance at circuit.

Before being sprayed with powder as the first base coat, electroless nickel coating & zinc phosphate are applied to lower brackets, the second layer of powder top coat is applied and then materials / parts are baked in a furnace for superior durability, corrosion resistance & highly effective against rust.

Twintube Structure
Twintube shell case is used for superior durability and for sufficient stroke and reasonable pricing. GAB SP Series
GAB SP Series - Cool Sport Lowered Spring
GAB SP, the advance technology cold forming sport lowered spring are designed to dramatically improve handling performance and driver feel by significantly increasing corner grip and reducing body roll. These sport lowered springs are CNC-wound using the highest quality SAE9254 spring steel, shot peen stress relieved and corrosion protected using phosphate and powder coatings. Each spring is designed to optimize the balance between performance and comfort. These results to a spring that offers racer like handling yet maintain smooth and comfortable ride characteristics. These sport lowered springs can be equipped with factory or aftermarket shock absorbers and looks great on vehicle with stock or aftermarket wheels. Average drop is approximately 30mm - 40mm. When applicable, it is recommended to use the GAB SP Series Cool Sport Lowered Spring with GAB SA Series Heavy Duty Sport Absorber and other fine GAB SUSPENSION’s components.

Advance Cold Forming Technology
In contrast to hot forming where the spring is coiled at an elevated temperature, our sport lowered springs are made through the technique of cold forming (normal temperature forming at a non-elevated temperature). By using a dedicated new-type coiling machine, deterioration of the material is prevented and advanced performance is retained.
Chromium Alloy Spring
Springs are made of chromium alloy SAE9254 steel and passed 500,000 times of compression test and inspection with less than 5% deformation.
Easy Low Down Red Spring to Brightly Decorate Your Suspension
Produced for an easy and pleasurable suspension tuning with sporty driving for everyone. Designed and developed to offer improved driving performance and superior ride comfort. It is constructed by using material with tensile strength of over 200kgf/mm2, yet is offered at a reasonable pricing under through cost management.
Improved Rust Prevention
The surface is treated with powder coating which forms thick film and is highly durable in addition to zinc phosphate coating as pre-paint. This results in a very effective rust prevention where such paint provide superior protection against snow melting agent (calcium chloride) compared to existing paint solvent.
Silencer Rubber
To prevent noise cause by coil-to-coil contact and / or from mounting portion, the silencer rubber is applied to each spring in reducing unpleasant noise commonly caused by the use of lowered springs (except some models)

GAB ADFC - Advance Damping Force Controller
GAB ADFC, the in-car damping force controller that makes it possible to adjust the damping force of the suspension with ease from the driver’s seat. By having the stepping motors installed on each shock absorber, an easy yet instant adjustment at fingertips allows varieties of damping force settings to be done under different types of situations and weathers to suit all road conditions.

High Speed Stepping Motors
The stepping motors for GAB ADFC are highly accurate and controls piston rod in high speed of 0.18 seconds per click. It is designed and made rigid for heat and shock resistance in addition with a special rubber cover as protection against water and dust.
Compact Controller & High Visibility
Illumination on display offers high level of visibility even at night time. The controller is compact in size which allows you to install at any possible location of your choice and is made of superior heat resistance material, ABS resin. The brightness levels of the LCD are adjustable as well to suit your needs.
Remote Stepping Motor Extension Kit
With the remove stepping motor extension kit, you do not have to worry about the limited and compact space available in front hood / rear storage compartment for all type of car models. The stepping motor can be mounted at a suitable place with the extension kit connected to the shock absorber.
900 Different Settings for 30-Level Type
900 different damping force settings can be adjusted accurately with ease from driver’s seat under different types of situations and weathers to suit all road conditions.
Memory Recall / Resume Function
This function allows you to preset and instantly recall the damping force setting; Race, Sport and Comfort mode to suit different types of road conditions. The GAB ADFC uses accessory power to keep it constantly on, to memorize the last setting and to resume it the next time engine is started which eliminates the need to readjust again.
