Hi guys,
After I acid clean my rear windscreen of water spots/marks about a month ago, today continue on to polishing the rest of all the windows including the front windscreen.

Dirty, with paint over spray. Water don't even bead and just sticks onto the glass making visibility bad

Start with clay.

Just a section of front windscreen, clay already so dirty.....:smokin:

Bring out Bosch ROB and LC white pads

DG Glass Polish

Apply

Polish

Glass Polish plenty of dust

After polish wash away the dust but water on the glass looks like this

Dig out all my old arsenal. Rain X, Rain Act, Rain Fly, Rain O. Got more, some finish already.....hahhahahhahahha:rofl:

After apply Rain repel stuff, water glide off.....

Ya some cheaper products work wonders...but i think just depends on how long it last is the most important part.

U mean normal wipers? But u said if Silicone wipers will last longer right?

PIAA wipers after some use will leave behind some silicon or something on the windscreen that's better than RainX. Don't use both. Pointless.

PIAA?....

PIAA, just afraid ppl steal only since is such an expensive wiper. Since car fish is parked outside. Unless Jetta then still okay.

In covered car park and also inside the house.

There is one more brand seems got warranty for 2 years...
DuraEdge. Review of their products sounds real good but how good if put to test I'm not sure.

Anyone use before? Doesn't cost as much as PIAA but not as cheap as those RM20 per piece..about RM50 per piece I think
