enquiry on importing engine

i'm noob in this, hopefully someone will help me out.
if i import engine myself, do i need to get JPJ or custom approval 1st or similar AP paper? What else do i need in order for me to go puspakom to test after transplant?
1.6l to 2.0l legal (without bribe)?

if u change engine...u need kastam letter.....to prove tat u r buy it...

if u r familiar wit jpj..u can do it urself...otherwise juz ask someone to do for u..sometimes it really waste ur time in doing this kind of things....

yup.u need a customs letter saying that u legally brought in the engine.
