Stumbled in online classified site that some are selling the electric jack & wrench. Looks good as if always DIY, then don't have to sweat to jack up and somemore can use the wrench to unscrew some tough bolt.

Anyone have experince in using them?...On other site, it mentioned these tool should not be continuously used for more than 10 min...maybe battery will weaken...

Still yum yum looks to me and thsoe who like to DIY

There is 2 versions of the electric wrench.
a) the first version: bigger in size and the switch is at the top of the handle
b) the second version: more compact size and the switch inside the handle

The 2nd version of wrench (only) is available at a reputable american hardware chain in klang valley, however the combo (electric jack & wrench), could not be found anywhere except online classified web site. the price is around RM 180-RM 250 for the combo

The website is up & managed to call the seller. He is asking for RM 400 for the combo set.

the set is probably good if

1) female driver try to change their punctured tyre as their strength is limited.

2) drivers that frequent change their tyre for auto events.

3) drivers that are highly prone to tyre puncture.

I checked with the seller, warranty is just 6 month. Ask yourself, how many times do you change tyre in 6 month, and whether RM400 is worth buying or not.

Agree on that, but what if one can get it for around half the price, RM 2 hundred plus?

Believe that the market price is around 2 hundred plus only... Since it is a DIY forum, maybe DIY once a month, then it looks more worth it... the wrench can use to open absorber mounting or open car railing nut to change car seat...brake caliper nut to change brake pad...etc..

  2. It doesn't matter if it's an Evo 8 or Evo 9
  3. Print out the latest Evo X development pictures,
  4. Let the boys at the bodyshop do their magic.
  5. Supervise
  6. And hopefully you'll end up with a good...
