EG6 ori or Ek convert

Hey Guys,
Im planning to get a civic vtec.I thot mayb i cud join u guys to learn more!
I nid help here though,
There is few car in comparison,1 guy selling his ori eg6 with around 160bhp while the other selling eg with b18cr(just convert,virgin),at the same price.
Which 1 shud i get...or shud i juz take the newer ek hatch.

PS:I m more inclined to the ori 1 though since price drop less,n better FC?Or better feel?

both are powerful cars, depends which design you prefer. But the price of EK is kinda high nowadays than EG, so depends on your budget in the end.

can a converted eg b16a with mod in it have same HP as an ori Eg6??

you can even have more. convert direct from dc2r, then you get b18cr power. if convert direct from another eg6, you will get the same b16a in an ori eg6.

when i say more,if you convert from b18cr, and you play with internals, then the sky is your limit (moolah allows) and engineering limits..... hehe

it depends on what u wanna use the car for... authentic value... or pure vtec power for streeet racing...

but if it were me.. i get the b18cr if its good condition... coz i like to mod n upgrade, with a R motor its only gets better... n usually i will change the interior seats n some body parts... so no point buying an ori eg6 when it doesnt hv most of the stock parts.. bad part hav to stick with 1.8 road tax fees

if u wanna something that doesnt drops much of a price.. get a CRX EF8... it should be something like ae86 one day...
