1-You haven't view the car and see what comes with the car. What sort of negotation are we talking here? Of course the more you negotiate,the less you will get fron the sale.
2-I'm not sure if you can get it shipped to Srwk without customs probelms
3-You can drive or do anything with the car after the sale
