What is ECUFLASH
#ECUFLASH is a REFLASH program into your stock ecu from Stock Evo to Full Racing program/mapping
What is Ralliart ECUFLASH
#Ralliart ROM for EVO 5/6 have all the Full Racing Program and Mapping to maximize your car performance
1.Launch Control
2.Anti Lag
3.Remove Speed Cut and Increase REV Limit via ECU
4.Remove Fuel Cut/Boost Cut (Evo5/6 is at around 1.45 bar and Evo 7/8/9 is at 1.8 bar)
5.Dual Mapping (can run on 2 Program/Map)
6.Knock Detection CEL ( when knocksum>3 detected,CEL will light which can alert drivers)
7.Speed Density (remove airflow/MAF sensor and run on MAP and IAT sensor only)
8.Lean Spool (Disable/Enable)
9.Air Fuel Ratio Tuning
10.Ignition Timing Tuning
11.High Cam Idling Tuning/TPS callibration (especially for High Cam via ignition advance at idle and TPS callibration/ISC/Target Idle)
12.Speed Density (remove airflow/MAF sensor and run on MAP and IAT sensor only-Optional/Advanced)
How to ECUFLASH
#ECUFLASH is performed via OBD2 port and reflash port with Tacktrix Open Port 2.0
which can be perform on all Mitsubishi Airtrek/Evo/Lancer GT/Inspira/Subaru Car
How Long it takes to ECUFLASH
#To reflash RALLIART ROM/Program ~ 10minute
#Large Injector Scaling/STFT/LTFT tuning ~ 1hour
#High Cam Idling tuning ~ 30minute
#Wideband Air Fuel Ratio/Ignition/Knock tuning ~ 1hour to 2hour
When do you need reflash
#any peformances mod added
#Change Fuel pump/Large Injector/Intake/Exhaust/Big Turbo/etc

We use AEM UEGO Wideband connectod to serial cable and computer for data logging vs load/rpm/ignitio/knock and all parameter
#Evo Stock Mapping(refer primary) running very rich at WOT ~ 10.5AFR (box /graph area) ,by tuning to safe AFR at WOT ~11.5 wil yield higher whp/torque
#AFR tuning/check is done via Wideband
6) On The Road Tuning
By leaning the AFR from 10~11 to 11~11.5 at WOT hp improves through out the rpm,
Eliminating knock at peak boost and high rpm via ignition timing tuning
Final WHP from 360 to 409whp(+49 whp!) Torque also increases from 297 to 314 (lb/ft)
